Social care aims to promote the preservation of personality based on individual needs, to structure everyday life and to increase well-being.
In order to achieve this goal, there are a variety of measures in social care, but they are only effective if they are professionally prepared and implemented.

Services to support everyday life in accordance with Section 45 of the Social Code (SGB) XI
1. The range of services includes the area of care and support (see list of services), organizational and advisory tasks, support in daily life, accompanying services and household help. Other services can be offered.
2. Medical care services are not agreed as part of the offer and are not provided. If the person being cared for becomes acutely ill during the care period, the service provider will contact a doctor and inform the specified contact person.
3. The services offered are individually tailored to the needs and wishes of the individual client.

c) - Relief offer for people in need of care through individual help (Section 2 Paragraph 6 AföVO)
d) - Relief offer for people in need of care through help with household management
